This announcement will formally respond to questions related to GKtwo tech & parts replacement support, GK3 Ultra Compensation Plan progress, GK3 Ultra shipping times updates, and the GK3 / GK3 Pro shipping schedule.
1.GKtwo Tech & Parts Replacement Support
UniFormation is committed to providing long-term technical support for GKtwo and ensuring spare parts replacement for a minimum of 2 to 3 years from the date of the last unit sold. We may extend this period based on our customers' needs.
The recent shortage of GKtwo spare parts on our official website was due to high customer demand caused by public anxiety. Please rest assured that our factory produces spare parts regularly every month and ships them to our overseas warehouse. Once the parts are in stock at our overseas warehouse, our team will update the inventory numbers accordingly.
2.GK3 Ultra Compensation Plan Progress
1) Our team will email each eligible customer to confirm their slicer selection based on the order date.
-Emails have already been sent to customers who placed orders in July and August.
-For those who placed orders in September and October, emails will be sent between December 9th and 13th. Please be sure to check your mailbox.

3.Shipping schedule
1)Updates on GK3 Ultra Shipping Date
We will ship the GK3 Ultra based on the order date, as soon as each batch arrives at the overseas warehouses located in the following areas:
