Warranty Policy

UniFormation is committed to providing reliable and thoughtful warranty service, giving you peace of mind.We take pride in developing high-performance products that consistently meet strict quality standards. Please note: The warranty period begins the day after you receive the product.


1.Warranty Coverage Limitations

The following cases are not covered under UniFormation’s warranty:

1.Products without valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice).

2.Damage caused by human error, including but not limited to misuse, incorrect installation, abuse, abnormal voltage, water damage, fire, or other external factors.

3.Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, alterations, or disassembly not in accordance with official instructions.

4.Damage caused by repairs or services performed by unauthorized personnel.

5.Damage or malfunctions caused by failure to follow the user manual or recommended usage guidelines.

6.Issues arising from incorrect guidance or support from third parties, or non-UniFormation technical assistance (e.g., incorrect setup or installation).

7.Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, illegal platforms, or second-hand marketplaces.

8.Consumable parts such as resin, resin vat, LCD screen protectors, nFEP/ACF/CPFA films, and air purifier filters, unless damaged due to material or manufacturing defects.

9.Damage caused by the use of unauthorized third-party accessories or components that result in compatibility or reliability issues.

3. Paid Repair Service

If your product is outside the warranty period, or if UniFormation determines after inspection that the issue is not caused by a product quality defect, we offer paid repair services in the following cases:

1.The malfunction results from improper use due to failure to follow UniFormation’s official Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

2.The product has been disassembled, repaired, or modified by the user or an unauthorized third party.

3.The malfunction is caused by the use of non-UniFormation certified third-party consumables or accessories (e.g., printing resin, release films).

4.The product was operated in an environment that does not meet UniFormation’s specified conditions (e.g., exposure to rain or high humidity; relative humidity should remain below 50%).

5.The malfunction is due to force majeure or other uncontrollable external factors, such as fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, war, or other natural or man-made disasters.


4. Shipping Costs

Products must be sent to the UniFormation Service Center for repair. Shipping and service costs are handled as follows:

Within Warranty Coverage:

1.Within 3 months of purchase: All shipping, repair, and replacement part costs are covered by UniFormation.

2.After 3 months: You are responsible for the shipping cost to the service center. UniFormation will cover the cost of repairs, replacement parts, and return shipping.

3.If the product is returned from a country or region different from where it was originally purchased, you are responsible for any additional international shipping costs beyond our standard coverage.

Outside Warranty Coverage:

If you request repair services from UniFormation outside the warranty period, you will be responsible for all costs, including two-way shipping, repair labor, replacement parts, and any necessary packaging materials.


5. Legal Rights Statement

For customers protected by local consumer protection laws, UniFormation’s limited warranty is provided in addition to—not in place of—any legal rights and remedies available under applicable laws.
If the warranty period mandated by local law exceeds the duration stated in UniFormation’s policy, the longer period shall apply. UniFormation will fully comply with local legal requirements to support our customers.
