  1. What Causes Delays in Shipping Dates?

Since the release of the GK3 Ultra, we have been honored to receive overwhelming support from our customers. The number of orders has exceeded our expectations and far surpassed our original production capacity. To meet this demand, we decided to upgrade our production line to improve efficiency and quality control. This involved relocating production, upgrading equipment, and redesigning processes, which took considerable time.

 

Additionally, after receiving feedback from our first batch of users, we chose to further optimize and upgrade the machine to meet strict quality requirements. Since different upgrade solutions require rigorous testing, determining the optimal solution also delayed the delivery time.

 

  1. Current Progress

Production: We have completed the upgrade of our production line to enhance product quality and expedite delivery. The new line is fully operational, and production capacity is rapidly increasing. 

Product Optimization: After extensive testing, we have finalized the best upgrade plan to ensure every user receives an optimized version of the product.
