For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at uniformation3d@outlook.com. Please quote your transaction reference number (Order #) and provide us with proof (image file size should be below 1MB). We will be more than happy to reship you the correct item with no extra cost and we will not ask for the item that was wrongly sent to you back! You may keep it as a gift from us.
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For international shipments, UniFormation is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, taxes, and duties.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

UniFormation Printer support standard resin, plant-based resin, water washable resin, abs-like resin, elastic resin. There are some preset profiles for UniFormation resin that will help to get better results, if use other resin, you are supposed to reset the exposure time and bottom exposure time.
It's a protective film on the LCD that can be removed. But we don't suggest removing it. It can protect the screen from dust, scratch or damage.
Every time you fail to print, please check the leveling with the calibration paper first, secondly, filter resin and clean the build plate, then print the leveling test stl again. For more help, please contact our technical support and send us the picture or video of the failed prints.
