Return and Exchange Policy

    At UniFormation, your satisfaction is our top priority.

    You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. We recommend keeping the original packaging during this period. To request a return or ask about applicable policies, please contact us.
    Note: These clauses do not apply to pre-owned or refurbished items.

    Order Processing & Cancellation Policy

    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Once shipped, your package will arrive within 4-7 business days (typically in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Germany, Australia). For other regions, delivery time depends on your location.

    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service before the item is shipped and within the cancellation period stated on our website.

    A 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund for standard cancellations.

    Return Eligibility

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and you must contact customer service within 14 days of delivery. The original packaging must be intact. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase and photos or videos taken upon delivery.

    However, if your item arrives defective or damaged within 30 days, you may request a full or partial refund or exchange.

    How to Initiate a Return

    Return Steps:

    2. Provide proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email). We will verify and get back to you.

    3. If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions for a refund or replacement. Do not send items back before confirmation.

    4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 3 business days.

    5. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

    Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
    UniFormation is not responsible for return shipping fees or original order costs for unauthorized returns.

    Delayed or Missing Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
    If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

    If you haven’t received the refund:

    1. Check your bank account again.

    2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund appears.

    3. Contact your bank—refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Returns will not be accepted for the following:

    1. Products from unauthorized resellers

    2. Items damaged due to customer misuse

    3. Custom-made (special) orders

    4. Promotional items or gift cards

    5. Free gifts or giveaways

    Refund Conditions

    This refund policy applies only to products purchased directly from the UniFormation website: https://uniformation3d.com/.
    If purchased from other retailers, please refer to their specific refund policies.

    Refund Scenarios:

    1. Received wrong item: Free replacement or full refund

    2. Accessory missing or damaged: Free replacement or partial refund

    3. Order cancellation before shipment: 5% of the order total will be charged as a processing fee

    4. Order cancellation after shipment: Customer pays all shipping fees + 10% of the total order value

    5. Package refusal upon delivery: Customer pays all shipping fees + 10% of the total order value

    Order Processing Times

    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment.
    Shipping times: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (excluding holidays and weekends).
    Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.

    Once shipped, you will receive a notification. If you request a cancellation before shipping, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your request.

    Refunds for Quality Issues

    1. Within 30 days of delivery: If the item is defective (nonfunctional or damaged), we offer free return or exchange.

    • UniFormation covers the shipping cost.
    • IMPORTANT: You must provide photo/video evidence of the issue. If you fail or refuse to provide proof, the return will be treated as buyer’s remorse, and you will be responsible for the return.

    2. After 30 days: Returns are not accepted, but we may offer a replacement or partial refund upon agreement.

    Photos of the item in its original packaging are required for evaluation.

    If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers must cooperate with our support team to inspect the item.
    If damage is found, clear photo and video evidence must be provided.
    If the customer refuses to cooperate, UniFormation reserves the right to deny refund or return requests.

    Refunds for Non-Quality Reasons

    Only within 14 days of delivery: Items must be unworn, unopened, unused, and free of any marks, odors, or damage. All original packaging and accessories must be included.

    For non-defective returns or unwanted items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and we will deduct 10% of the order total as a restocking fee.

    If returned items are found to be opened, incomplete, or damaged, we reserve the right to deny the refund. If you want the product returned to you, you will bear the return shipping cost.

    Restocking Fee

    If a return is made due to the customer’s reason, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
    If the item has shipped, even if you haven’t received it yet, a 10% cancellation fee applies.
