Order & Shipping FAQ
1. When will my order be processed?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. For some remote areas or countries that require customs duties, our customer service specialists will contact you. Please check your email for specific events.
2.Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. For regions not listed on the checkout page, please contact our customer service at order@uniformation3d.com; they will calculate shipping costs for your region and provide you with a unique payment link.
3.Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Depending on your location, import duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
4.What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible at order@uniformation3d.com. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the address for you. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
5.Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can help with changes or cancellations. Email us immediately at [order@uniformation3d.com]. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
6.My tracking info says delivered, but I didn’t receive anything. What now?
First, double-check with neighbors or your building’s front desk. If the package is still missing, contact us at [order@uniformation3d.com], and we’ll help you investigate.
7. What happens if my package is delayed?
Delays can occur due to customs processing, courier issues, or weather. We monitor all shipments closely—if yours seems delayed, feel free to reach out and we’ll look into it.
