Common Queries

1. Z-axis cleaning and lubrication

1. Use a Microfiber cloth to clean up the stained lubricant on both sides of the guide rail and the Z-axis screw. Be sure to clean up as much as possible to avoid mixing the new grease with the residual grease.

2. Apply a small amount of white lithium grease to both sides of the guide rail and the Z-axis screw.

3. Use the “Z0” and “TOP” buttons to run the Z-axis a few more times to evenly distribute the grease on the screw and guide rails.

2. Unusual black or white areas on the LCD screen during full-screen exposure.

If the LCD screen has obvious black or white irregularities during full-screen exposure, the LCD screen is usually crushed by external forces.

1. The LCD screen in this area has been extruded by external forces, such as the platform extruding the cured resin after a failed print, or there is no cleaned model on the print platform, but another print is opened accidentally, which may lead to the LCD screen being extruded, resulting in internal liquid crystal leakage.

2. Severe resin leakage, where resin has seeped into the LCD screen assembly and cured internally, causes the LCD screen to display an abnormal black area.

Such an abnormal display will result in a screen exposure problem and require a new LCD screen.
