When will the UniFormation S10 be officially launched?
The UniFormation S10 is scheduled for an official launch in late October 2026 on Kickstarter. We will keep you informed in advance.
Why place a deposit before the campaign launches?
Two reasons.
For you: the $20 deposit locks in $100 off the Early Bird price, plus priority shipping, a 2-year warranty, and a launch-day notification so you don't miss the early-bird window.
For us: knowing how many units to prepare before we open. Your deposit is fully refundable at any time before launch, so there's no risk in reserving early.
Does the $20 deposit go toward my Kickstarter pledge?
Not directly.
Kickstarter doesn't support applying outside credits at checkout, so you'll pledge the full Early Bird price during the campaign. Within 14 days after the campaign ends, we refund your $20 deposit to your original payment method and send your $100 VIP reward separately.
I have already placed a deposit, but now wish to cancel. What is the process for obtaining a refund?
Your $20 deposit is fully refundable at any time. If you decide not to proceed with your purchase — whether before or after the campaign launches, simply email us at order@uniformation3d.com using the same email address you used to place your deposit, and we will process your full refund within 7 working days.
If the campaign has ended and you did not back the project on Kickstarter, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method — no action required on your part.
Why is it necessary to use the same email address for both the deposit and the final pledge on Kickstarter?
To ensure a smooth refund process, we will match your Kickstarter email address against our pre-order list to verify whether a deposit has been placed.
Please make sure that the email address you use to pay the deposit is the same as the email address associated with your Kickstarter account.
Is there a limit to how many separate deposit orders a single backer can place?
Each deposit applies to one UniFormation S10 and corresponds to one Kickstarter order.
To purchase multiple units, please place a separate deposit for each, using a different Kickstarter account for each order.
